Surrey County Council is helping residents with energy saving measures again this winter. Are homes in your area in need of insulation, solar panels, and air source heat pumps? If so, the One-Stop Shop will support residents in your area to access a comprehensive home survey, trusted installers, and impartial end-to-end support. The first 120 eligible homes can access 20% off the cost of a Home Energy Plan from trusted partners Furbnow and 30% off Furbnow's project support fee if they proceed to install any of the recommended measures. Where possible, the service promotes local installers, boosting the growing local retrofit market in Surrey.

And Switch Together is another great initiative from Surrey County Council. It gives Surrey residents access to air source heat pumps at group-buying prices with expert guidance on hand. Residents must register by 31 October 2025 at SwitchTogether.co.uk.
